waiting for to carry the oil booms, oil absorbent pads, oil skimmers and other 

equipment to arrive at the incident waters. 15 rescue commandos carried out sewage

operations according to their respective division of duties. Su sea patrol 0890 and the 

Su sea patrol 0891 boats joined forces to release the oil booms for controlling the oil

continuously spreading; the kayak carried the oil collecting container and the oil skimmer

into the polluted waters for collecting the slop oil, then they deployed oil-absorbent pads

minimize the water pollution consequences caused by the accident. After nearly two hours 

of intense fighting, the oil spills in the waters of the accident were all stored in the reserve

According to the introduction of person in charge of the local maritime department of Lianshui 

County, the total length of the Subei Yanhe River Waterway is 91.23 kilometers, including 51.36

kilometers in the Qinshui section. With the continuous improvement of the navigation channel 

environment, the number of ships in the past has increased in recent years, and the task of water 

traffic safety risk management and control is arduous.
