This drill use no script rehearsal model, didn’t prior notice rescue center attendants and Law enforcement personnel about the 

contents, simulative scene was oil spillage from oil supply hose burst during oil supplying.Drill started at 2:00pm,emergency 

drilling group members simulated alarm, after received call, Yangzhou water rescue center quickly coordinate with Jiangdu 

marine department to make a inspection by light boat,rescue center established the emergency command center and coordinate 

assemble Oil Spill Cleaning Ship, Oil Spill Containment Boom etc equipments,facilities and ships to the scene to carry out the 

control clear assignments.

At3:30pm,The whole practice finished according to the proposed solution, the practice of the expected results have been

achieved.
