In the morning of 26th,December,2015,a heavy fog filled the sky above,”Zhejiang Changxing 1978”cargo ship were sailing in the 

route, the ship bottom run into a hard objects and knock on a big hole.The water into the cabin leads to 400 - ton ship sank, 

next day was brought ashore by the maritime rescue team. At this moment, the vessel is still in the repair factory.

Because the site is located in the main channel of jiangsu and zhejiang provinces border,traffic density is big.In determining the 

shipwreck after the exact location,rescuers in peripheral set up warning signs.On the afternoon of incident,Emergency water 

command center designated repair engineering ship arrived on the scene,deploy the Oil Containment Boom and Oil Absorbent Pad 

near the vessel for preventing the oil spill diffusion, after then start to clean the 300ton limestone which sink to the bottom of 

river.

After cleaning the limestone, a salvage ship arrived on the scene. On 4:00pm of 27th,Dec, the vessel has been successfully 

salvaged from the water and sent to the nearby repair factory for the disposal.
