the society emergency force to participate in the maintaining and use of national vessel’s oil spill response equipments

galley(Oil Spill Boom, Oil Skimmers, Floating Oil Tank etc), to develop the vessel oil spill response service go forward to

professionalization, marketization and large-scale. These were known from China Ministry of Transport.

China coast and inland river high risk water area already built 36 sets oil spill response equipments galleies. In the
