Recently, Shengli Oil Field Ocean Shipping Center held the tidal oil spill response exercise. This exercise is mainly include facilities rapidly loading, deploy the oil containment boom, oil skimmers for simulating oil spill, these three subjects.

To exercise the oil spill spot, the spill control team rapidly laying the oil containment boom according to the size of spill volume, vacuum oil skimmer put into the spill control location and inside of the oil containment boom. After three hours work, the oil spill on the spot has been cleaned up. Through the exercise to further improve the fast response level of response team, to rich the experience of disposal the tidal oil spill, to get more knowledge of the new facilities and increase the emergency disposal ability.
