18th,Aug,2015, reporters learned from the He yuan Maritime Bureau, the oil spill

contingency equipment base of He yuan Marine Department plans to add 1000 meters Oil

Containment Boom in order to prevent oil diffusion and oil spill clean up for protecting

water area to be clean.

It’s known that Guangzhou Maritime Bureau has purchased 1000 meters Oil Containment Boom,

Oil Absorbent Pad and other oil spill response equipments in year of 201,recently

purchased the 1000 meters Oil Containment Boom again to guarantee water transportation

environment, protect the water clean and maintain ships’ operation safety.

The director of He yuan Maritime Bureau introduced that Oil Containment Boom is often

equipped for the dual purpose of both oil and debris containment, these booms are the perfect way to keep

steady oil drips or floating debris contained in your location. When the oil spill occured on the water

surface, in order to prevent the oil diffusion and clean up, can use the Oil Containment

Boom to contain the floating oil and then use the Oil Absorbent Mat to absorb the oil.

Meanwhile, Oil Containment Boom can be reused.

It is reported that as the water tourism fast development and the daily needs of

surrounding persons, the touristing ships and private boats get more and more,

furthermore these ships mostly use the fuel oil, if the waste oil spilled out,

the pollution will have certain threats for water quality.
