Recently, ancheng Xiaonongshui Key County river dredging project passed acceptance.

It is reported that a total of 40 million yuan was invested in the construction of smallscale 

agriculture in key counties of five districts including Sanlong, Caomiao, Xiaohai, Caojing and

Dazhong. A total of 58 pump stations of various types were constructed and closed. There 

were 9 seats and 7 culverts. One closed gate was rebuilt, 35.79 kilometers of impervious canal 

was built and 927 supporting canal buildings were added. A new efficient water-saving and low-pressure pipe filling system was installed at 1,400 acres and 17.1 kilometers of lowpressure pipelines

were laid. And it was firstly used the silt curtains for controlling silt. After the implementation of 

project, the newly added irrigated area was 14,300 mu, the irrigated area was 0.14 million mu,

the improved irrigated area was 14,000 mu, and the area of the drainage area was improved to

26,400 mu. The total investment for the rural river rehabilitation project was 23 million Yuan, and 

completed earth dredge was 8.2285 million squares earthworks.
