On May 24, 2018, a maritime ship oil spill emergency drill was held in the Daxie Port Area, 

Ningbo Port. The contents of the drill were included ship fire fighting, personnel rescue, 

ship plugging, pollutant removal, and waterway control. A total of 10 submarines a 120 

ambulance were dispatched. And more than 160 oil spill emergency response personnel

participated in the drill. The Professional clean-up ships laid oil booms at the oil spill site

for oil spill recovery.
