rescue emergency drill. The water pollution prevention emergency drill simulated the sudden situation 

of pollution caused by the drift of the upstream oily sewage surface to the Nanlan Ferry. After the 

accident, various departments performed their duties and cooperated with each other to orderly 

implement a series of emergency rescue measures such as water management, environmental 

testing, hazardous waste containment and treatment by using oil booms, information collection, 

etc., they actively completed emergency rescue and restore navigation in the waters. The water 

personnel emergency drill was simulated someone accidentally was fallen into the water near the 

Nanlan Ferry. Through throwing lifebuoy rescue, rope-throwing rescue, positioning diving, drowning 

first aid and other measures, The over-boarding personnel were rescued and avoided casualties.
