In the afternoon of 27th,Nov.,2015, Quzhou city held the first vessel and water pollution emergency drill on the Jiulong lake, 

the staffs from city PMB, port departments,Tongxiang Xiaoying Pollution Control Technology Co.,Ltd and other 7 water 

transportation companies attended the drill.

This drill stimulate” a motorboat has refuel after run out of the oil on Jiulong Lake, but cans felled into the water during deliver 

the cans with another vessel, to lead the fuel oils from the cans spillage and Quickly spread out hundreds of square meters oil 

fouling on the water surface.PMB immediately start the emergency plans after receiving call.”

As known, the city has already attached great importance to the prevention, control and dispose of the vessel and water 

pollution accident. After launch the “A total of Five Water Treatment”,the PMB of city not only detailed plans, but also 

purchased relate materials, already stored 1200meters Oil Containment Boom and 400KG Oil Absorbent Mat from 

Tongxiang Xiaoying Pollution Control Technology Co.,Ltd,Further strengthen vessel and water pollution emergency disposal 

capability.
