China Sea maritime search and rescue capacity building. The second is to increase the application 

of information technology, grasp the pioneering test of the Beidou system in the field of maritime 

search and rescue, improve the prediction of maritime drift trajectory, drone inspection and satellite 

remote sensing technology level and precision, and strengthen information communication and sharing

among member units. The third is to carry out in-depth research, promote the implementation of maritime

search and rescue responsibility, continue to carry out the "into the search and rescue first line" research

activities, and lay a solid foundation for scientific decision-making. The fourth is to do a good job in the

preparations for the exercise to ensure that the exercise achieves the purpose of testing the plan,

running the mechanism, and improving the ability. The fifth is to strengthen international cooperation, 

increase search and rescue cooperation and training exchanges with ASEAN countries, and better play

the role of maritime search and rescue.
