Fuzhou Mawei Kuiqi Area water dredging project (First Phase) will finish 

in the end of this month. The construction of the second phase will be 

started next month, and the construction of the interception and 

landscape greening project will begin. It is expected that the effect 

of the clean environment of Shuiqing River will be realized after the 

Spring Festival next year.

It is understood that the water system comprehensive treatment project

(Phase I) project in the Kuqi area of Mawei District contains dredging,

sewage interception, landscape greening and new road construction, 

with a total investment of 12,296,500 yuan. They will deployed

silt curtains and use dredger. The project is constructed in two sections. 

One section is to enter the construction in August this year. The main

content of the treatment is the river dredging project, including the 

Kuifeng River main canal and the Kuipuming channel (south of the 

104 National Road). The dredging is 3,630 meters long, and the rivers 

of Kuiqixi, Gushanxi, Niukengxi and other rivers (north of the 104 

National Road) are dredged, and the dredging length is 1,076 meters.
