Guangzhou oil pipeline oil spill accident emergency drill was held in Taihe Town, Baiyun District. 

The drill was hosted by the Guangzhou Municipal Government, jointly organized by the Municipal 

Development and Reform Commission and the Baiyun District Government. The pipeline company 

Huanan Lantian Aviation Oil Company Guangdong Branch and the oil spill disposal professional 

forces CNOOC Environmental Protection Company were co-organized. The deputy secretary-general of the municipal government, Zeng Kaizhang, attended the event and announced
