Recently, The Zhuhai Port Gaolan Port 150,000-ton main waterway project passed the 

completion acceptance, which was built by CCCC.

This project was located in the Ganlan Port Area,Zhuhai, The waterway depth was a 

-19.0 meters, the total dredging capacity is about 36 million square meters, and the 

construction contract output value is about 880 million yuan.

The project won the “China Human Settlements Environment Award Excellent Pilot 

Project” award from the Zhuhai Municipal Government and the 2017 Quality Engineering 

Award from China Communications Construction.

The successful completion of the project is a major achievement in the construction of 

important infrastructure in Zhuhai Port. It will effectively promote Gaolan Port to become 

the most modern and multi-functional seaport with the highest scale and multi-transportation

system in the Pearl River Delta Collection and Transportation System, and to build the 

Pearl River in Zhuhai. The core cities in the West Bank provide important support and inject 

strong impetus into the development of the “Belt and Road” shipping and the construction 

of the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District. This dredging project will used lots 

of dredging equipment such as silt curtains, dredgers, excavators,etc.
