channel dredging and remediation project in the eastern section of the Jinbin River (the 

outlet section of the Dongjian River Zhangguizhuang Wastewater Treatment Plant), which 

was officially constructed in mid-January this year, it is progressing smoothly and is nearing

completion. The 2.3km-dredging mission will be completed in the near future to ensure
