and minimize accident losses, Tianxian Town cooperated with the Maritime Department to organize a water 

emergency drill, it was simulated an emergency rescue work operations during tourist visit.

A tourist ferry carrying two people was on a voyage. In the event of an emergency, the life and property 

of the tourists were seriously threatened. The maritime department was requested to rescue them in 

time. On the day of the activity, the observation personnel were on the water traffic accident in the 

Yongning section of Ledao Ancient Town. In the life-saving drills such as throwing rope loops and salvaging 

on water, each drill group has its own responsibility, division of labor, and order. And the pollution was 

cleaned by the oil booms and oil absorbent pads. At the drill site, the rescuers successfully completed the 

drill under the guidance of the Maritime Department and the Town Emergency Office.
