drills in Qujiang. The drill was included the transfer of ships and people in distress along the river, intercepting out-of-control 

ships, handling oil spills from ships by using oil absorbent pads and oil booms, etc., it was tested the water accidents and 

water pollution emergency response capacities of Dazhou and its adjacent areas and deepened the exchange and coordination 

of emergency rescue work between the water transportation of various regions and departments.
