During the simulation drill, two "terrorists" carried a fire-fighting device, pretended that the fishing

launched a fire accident emergency plan to extinguish the fire. At the same time, "a captured by

sent to the shore for medical treatment. The maritime oil spill cleaning company implemented sea 

surface oil spill recovery and effectively controlled the spread of oil spills by laying oil booms. After the 

accident was disposed, the Laizhou Branch of Yantai Ecological Environment Bureau tested the 

atmosphere and water samples at the scene of the accident to confirm that the accident did not 

cause excessive atmospheric and surface pollution.

"Through the germination of the simulation event to the development, to the entire process of control,
