The exercise simulated theme of the New line emerald wharf water area occur the emergency disposal of Ship Oil Spill Pollution

Accident.

9:00 am in the morning that day, the China Deqing City PMB received a call, reported the Petrochemical oil depot occured

a Oil Spill Accident caused by Oil Pipeline rupture.After called, the PMB immediately organized relevant personnel and send

two coastal patrol vessels rush to the spot and into the emergency rescue.After arrived at the scene, the law enforcement

personnel quickly go for understand the situation and command, to traffic control for the accident water area and evacuate

the nearby ships. Meanwhile,placed the Oil Containment Boom, Oil Absorbent Pad, Oil Spill Dispersant and cleanup the oil dirt on

the water surface in the accident water area. At 10:30am, after pull together to effectively control and cleanup the spilled oil.

Arrived at the scene, law enforcement personnel to quickly understand the situation, a positive command, waters the accident

traffic control, evacuation of nearby ships. Meanwhile, in the waters spill booms placed, containment of oil, spilled oil absorption

felt clean up the water. 10:30, after working together to effectively control the oil spill and cleanup, exercise a success, the

exercise got the complete success.
