Recently, the Maritime Department of the Lishui District Transportation Bureau participated 

in the "Moat River Action" water emergency drill, which was organized by the Municipal Local 

Maritime Bureau.

It is understood that this drill is based on the Suwanhuanning Maritime Joint Prevention and 

Control as a background to simulate the water traffic accidents in the boundary river waters. 

It was focused on the demonstration of four subjects, such ass “Rescue Boat Driving”, 

“Rolling the Boat Self-help”, “Rescuing the Water Dropping Person” and “Ship Oil Spill Prevention 

and Disposal”.

At the drill site, with the command of the general commander, the rescue boat went straight 

to the exercise area and completed technical actions such as S-shaped winding and O-shaped 

winding. At the same time, on the other side of the exercise waters, the team members worked 

together to complete the extremely difficult "turning the boat to save themselves" subject. After 

confirmed the position of the drowning personnel through the on-site aerial survey screen of the 

drone,the drone will be placed in the air in a fixed position, and the rescue boat will quickly drive 

to the incident area, it will use the boat rapid rescue method and the boat live bait rescue method 

to rescue the drowning personnel. Finally, the simulated ship hit the rocks, it was caused the fuel 

tank leakage, some of the fuel leaked into the water, the sea patrol boat quickly arrived at the scene,

quickly deployed the oil booms, throwing the oil absorbent pads, and controlled the oil spill to 

prevent the oil from spreading.
