In order to implement the provincial Blue Sky Defence No. 4 operation requirements, 

a number of departments, such as the Municipal Transportation Bureau and the 

Municipal Market Supervision Administration, have taken joint actions to carry out law 

enforcement inspections on shipping vessels in the city.

At the law enforcement site, the relevant departments sampled the marine fuel and 

transportation oils of the oil tanker “Fengqi Oil Supply 1”, and conducted on-site rapid 

detection of the sulfur content of the two fuels. At the subsequent special promotion 

meeting on the “Jianghe Bikong” joint actions, the relevant person in charge requested 

that normalized joint law enforcement be carried out, and ship fuel sampling and testing, 

ship domestic sewage sampling, domestic garbage disposal, sealing and transportation, 

investigation should be continued. Special actions such as various types of illegal sewage 

discharges strictly control the quality of ships in the area under high pressure, we should

prevent the use of inferior quality fuels, garbage littering, and unsealed transportation,

and control and reduce the source of pollution. And once the ship pollution occurred, 

we should use cleaning materials(oil absorbent pads and oil booms).
