It was seen that the berth of No. 1 berth at Zhujiawan Wharf and the 6# barge suddenly 

caught fire. The staff on duty shouted for help: "Fire!" The company quickly reported 

to the Fire 119, the Maritime Bureau, the Changhang Public Security Police Station, and 

the Jingzhou Maritime Bureau. At the same time, they quickly organized the personnel 

to cut off the power supply, used a fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire in a small 

part of the fire, and opened the fire hydrant on the shore to extinguish the fire. At 

this time, the sea patrol 12222 boat, the sea patrol boat 0288, the Yangtze River

sea patrol boat 0504 rushed to the scene, after intense rescue, the fire was completely 

extinguished, there was no casualties, and the danger was promptly ruled out.

Subsequently, the terminal operator immediately reported the oil spill to the company. 

The company immediately notified the operator to immediately turn off the power to 

the pump. The terminal operator quickly cleaned and recovered the oil spill and threw 

the oil absorbent pads to the polluted water surface. The sea patrol boat 12222, 

the sea patrol boat 0288, and the Yangtze River sea patrol boat 0504 quickly rushed 

to the scene for cleaning and recycling of polluted garbage.

The staff of the barge accidentally fell into the water, and the on-site staff shouted 

for help "someone fell into the water", and the duty officer quickly threw the lifebuoy

to the drowning person. The sea patrol boat 0288 and the sea patrol boat 12222 boat 

quickly turned to the water trapper and then threw the lifebuoy. After reaching the 

rescue-able range, the drowning person was rescued on the boat and immediately 

on-site first aid.

During the drill, the participants quickly responded, and the participating departments 

worked together to cope with the unexpected situation on the surface of the water. 

The disposal was proper, the fire was successfully extinguished, the oil spill site was 

cleaned up in time, and the drowning personnel were successfully rescued. We 

successfully completed the drill.
