It is understood that Binhe Park is a key landscape project in Renhe District with a total length 

of 6.3 kilometers. In order to ensure the beautiful and pleasant water environment of the river, 

after the end of the rainy season each year, the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement 

Bureau of Renhe District will organize a construction team to conduct rubber dams’ No. 1 to 8. 

Boxes and culverts on banks, rain and sewage pipes, silt in front of rubber dams, and sludge in 

the drainage ditch, riverbed and rubbish are thoroughly cleaned by using silt curtains and dredgers 

to ensure that the clear water quality of Renhe Binhe Park.
