On the morning of March 10, in the river of Fangxi Village, Fangxi Township, the sound of the excavator's 

excavation and the engine of the engineering vehicle were endless. It was firstly used silt curtains for 

controlling the silt and then used excavator for cleaning the silt.

The river section has been accumulating more and more severely since the second half of last year. 

In order to ensure the safety of farmland and villagers in the lower reaches of the river, it must be 

cleared before the flood season this year.
