deputy mayor, inspected the Wushui River Zhijiang Section. He emphasized they need to comprehensively implement

Zhang Yangping demanded that the "four chaos" cleaning and the water ecological civilization governance and 

supervision be strengthened. There are plans to carry out river dredging projects, remove illegal construction 

in the river channels, and ensure smooth river channels. It will use silt curtains and dredgers. It is necessary
