From March 1st, the construction of the fourth channel of the Lancang River 244 boundary marker 

(China-Lao-Myanmar boundary) to Lincang Port the underwater blasting of the Reef in Nanbang 

River and the waterway dredging of the Ganlan Dam  have been fully resumed. 146 engineering 

technicians and laborers carried out strict epidemic prevention inspections, and confirmed that 

there were no abnormalities before entering the site.It was used silt curtains and excavators. 

Since the project started in March 2019, the accumulated investment has reached 910 million 

yuan, and the cumulative investment since this year is 30 million yuan.
