In order to further strengthen the supervision of the mid- and post-event supervision 

of the ship pollution removal operation unit after the cancellation of the qualification 

license, the inspection of the emergency preparedness of the pollution removal unit

in Shihu Port District was strengthened. The clean-up operation units in the jurisdiction 

shall carry out special inspections on emergency preparedness and emergency treatment 

capabilities. Through the inspection results, it is found that the performance and quantity 

of the ships, equipment(oil skimmers), materials(such as oil absorbent pads,oil absorbent 

booms,oil absorbent socks,etc.) and equipment of the relevant companies under 

inspection can meet the requirements of the corresponding qualification level, and 

the equipment is well maintained. And the implementation of the "Monitoring and 

Disposal System" are in place.
