Huangmei County Port and Shipping Administration and CNPC Xiaochi Wharf 

staff jointly carried out a comprehensive emergency response drill for fire 

fighting, life saving, and oil pollution prevention(by using oil booms and 

oil absorbent pads). The drill is divided into accident situations such as 

oil spill, pollution prevention, fire fighting and water rescue. The drill 

process was orderly and achieved the intended effect.
