Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone carried out emergency rescue exercises 

for marine fishery vessels in water safety emergencies at Guangli Fishing Port.

In this drill, a total of 1 law enforcement boat, 1 maritime search and rescue speedboat, 3 fishing 

boats, and 7 rescue vehicles were dispatched to simulate water safety emergencies such as oil 

spills on the sea surface and fishing boat fires. After the drill is over, the assessment experts will 

make professional comments on the situation of the exercise. This exercise strengthened the 

rapid response, emergency response, and command coordination capabilities of relevant 

departments to deal with marine fishery production safety accidents, and will further enhance 

the level of emergency rescue work for marine fishery production safety accidents in the 

development zone.It will used oil booms and oil absorbent pads for oil spill controlling 

and cleaning and fire extinguisher for putting up fire.
