Ningbo Fenghua River Waters carried out port pollution prevention emergency drill.The content of this drill 

was coverd oil spill containment operations at sea (100-meter PVC oil booms), ship towing off the channel, 

simulation oil collection operations of oil absorbent pads, oil eliminating of portable spraying devices, terminal 

self-rescue, accidents upstream and downstream water area alert, oil spill recovery equipment, and orderly

evacuation of ships, etc., it comprehensively inspected the emergency response capabilities, material support 

capabilities, communication capabilities of relevant terminals and units, the actual operation capabilities of 

emergency personnel, and the maintenance and operation situation of emergency equipment.
