On August 4, Shengli Oilfield Oil and Gas Downhole Operation Center organized flood prevention 

and oil spill prevention emergency drill.

The drill was simulated ST3-4X760 well was hit by heavy rain, the well site was flooded, and the

pipe bridge cofferdam and the oil pollution in the circulating pool were about to run out of control. 

At 16:00 in the afternoon, the on-site command issued an order, and the drill teams acted quickly.

The security team pulled the cordon on the well site and organized personnel to guard the road; 

the sand loading team quickly arrived at the material storage place to fill the sandbags, and then 

quickly moved the sandbags to block the gap ; The oil booms setting team quickly started the 

containment to ensure that the oil slick was controlled in the pipe bridge. During the whole 

process, the emergency teams managed to assign responsibilities to the individual, the 

division of labor was in place, and the measures were effective. The entire drill was lasted

60 minutes and achieved good results.
