This year, Futian Town of Shangli County was mobilized all villages to carry out the “three combinations”

 and practically done a good job of dredging river courses, reservoirs, and mountains and lakes, and truly

 prevented rainstorms before it occurs.

It was combined with beautiful rural construction to do dredging work. The town mobilized 11 villages across 

the town and dispatched more than 200 silt curtains and 20 excavators and more than 300 manpower conducted

 thorough rectification and dredging of the rivers in the town. Then trees and flowers such as banyan trees and 

red maple were planted along the Futian River which combined the river chief to promote dredging. The rivers 

that need to be rectified within the river are checked one by one and the relevant villages are ordered to be 

rectified. At the same time, it is clear that the river chief of each river is the first responsible person, and the village

 branch secretary where the river is located is the joint responsible person, and the same award is used for the 

same penalty.

Through remediation and management, at present, the river, reservoirs, and rivers in the town are beautiful and clean. 

All the cadres and workers in the town entered the village and went to Tiantou to guide the villagers to excavate and 

dredge the canal and pond in the river, it was ensured that irrigation and flooding can be performed. At present, the 

town has dredged 16 field trenches, 6 mountain ponds, and dredged nearly 100,000 squares earthworks.
