Recently, a "2021 Baoshan water comprehensive emergency drill" was carried out in the waters 

of Hulin Base. The drill was simulated a crew on a ship fell into the water. After failing to save 

himself, he sent a distress signal to the Baoshan Water Law Enforcement Department. The 

rescue boat immediately honked its whistle and went to rescue. After the wounded came 

ashore, they performed first aid to ensure the safety of the personnel.

Subsequently, the drill was simulated a sudden ship fire in the water area and a large amount 

of oil pollution appeared on the water surface. The crew carried out self-rescue urgently.

Baoshan Law Enforcement of the oil pollution situation on the water surface. Baoshan Law 

Enforcement immediately arranged Dongan's oil disposal ship to the site, they contained 

and controlled the spilled oil by using oil booms and threw oil absorbent pads to absorb 

the oil until the oil stains were removed.
